Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to Weetabix's "Free 3-month subscription to The Body Coach App" promotion (the "Promotion").

These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

The instructions on how to claim the discount code are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The promoter and Data Controller is Weetabix Limited (company number 00267687) whose registered office is at Weetabix Mills, Burton Latimer, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 5JR ("Weetabix"). The Body Coach is a trademark of Joe Wicks and his affiliates, and is used by Weetabix under license.

EPIC ACTIVATION LTD 12032875 whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ is Weetabix’s agency, who will fulfil the discount codes.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

The Promotion will begin at 00:01 GMT on 27th January 2025 and close on 23:59 GMT on 31st March 2025 inclusive (the "Purchase Period"). Purchases after the Purchase Period will be invalid, and the individual will not be able to claim the discount code.
The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and the Republic of Ireland, who are aged 18+ (each a "Claimant").
The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of Weetabix, its parent companies, subsidiary companies, affiliates, marketing agencies or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
Purchase necessary, in-store or online of a Promotional Product (defined in clause 8 below).
Please retain an itemised till/digital receipt that clearly shows:
1. the Promotional Product.
2. the time and date of purchase, which must be within the Purchase Period.
3. the name of the store
  as this will be required for validation and in order for claimants to receive their discount code (in line with these Terms and Conditions).
Smart phone, internet access, mobile number, email address, and receipt are required.
Weetabix and its agency reserves the right to verify whether any Claimant is eligible under, and in compliance with, these Terms and Conditions. Weetabix and its agency may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Weetabix and its agency may withhold the discount code while it verifies eligibility and compliance.

How to claim

To claim, purchase a Weetabix Original 24 or 36 pack (the "Promotional Product") from a store or the online site of a retailer during the Purchase Period.
Promotional Products are available through stores in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom and are subject to availability.
Following purchase of a Promotional Product, Claimants must do the following between 00:01 GMT on 27th January 2025 and 23:59 GMT on 14th April 2025 inclusive (the "Claim Period"):
1. scan QR code at points of sale in store or visit www.weetabix-thebodycoach.co.uk
2. complete the online registration form by entering their personal details (full name and email address and mobile number);
3. upload a photo of their dated and itemised receipt showing proof of purchase of the Promotional Product;
4. tick the box to confirm they are at least 18 years old; and
5. click "claim now".

Discount codes

Each claimant who submits a successful claim (verified and valid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) will receive 1 x discount code which is valid for a 3-month subscription to The Body Coach App (RRP £45 / €53 (€ exchange rate on the The Body Coach App as at 14 October 2024 – subject to change depending on daily exchange rate fluctuations) (a “Discount Code”).
Further terms and conditions of the Discount Code:
1. Claimants will receive their unique Discount Code via email.
2. It is the responsibility of the Claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating. Weetabix cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of the Discount Code.
3. The Body Coach is available on both The Apple App Store and the Google Play store for download upon redemption. The Body Coach app is only available as an App format and cannot be accessed via a web browser.
4. The Discount Code must be redeemed by 12th May 2025.
5. The Discount Code is valid for a 3-month standard subscription to The Body Coach App for 3 months only. Any additional costs or add-on’s will be at the expense of the Claimant.
6. Use of The Body Coach App will be subject to The Body Coach App’s terms and conditions of use. A copy of which can be found here https://www.iubenda.com/terms-and-conditions/83525549.
7. The Discount Code cannot be combined with other offers.
8. Claimants who have a pre-existing active subscription with The Body Coach App will still be able to redeem the Discount Code. The free 3-months subscription period will commence at the end of their pre-existing subscription period.

Claim details

Maximum one (1) claim is permitted per person throughout the Purchase and Claim Period. This redemption cap applies regardless of whether a claimant purchased the Promotional Product in-store or online. One itemised receipt per claim. Receipt must state the date and time of purchase, which must be within the Purchase Period. No person may receive more than one (1) discount code.
Any claims made in accordance with paragraph 11, will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Following submission, Weetabix and/or its agency will verify the claim.
2. The photo of the receipt must clearly show price paid, purchase of a Promotional Product, the time and date of purchase and the name of the store . Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse side of the receipt and, therefore, it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image. Receipt images must be uploaded in .png, .jpeg, tiff, bmp or .pdf format (size limited to 10MB).
3. Any claim attempts made outside of the Claim Period or receipts that are not dated within the Purchase Period will be deemed as invalid.
4. Claims which do not include all information required will be deemed as invalid.
5. Each receipt can only be used once for a single claim regardless of number of Promotional Products purchased.
Claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.
Weetabix and its agency reserves the right to verify all claims by requesting proof of identity (passport, driving licence or equivalent) and further verification if required and further reserves the right to refuse to award the discount code where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s requirements.
Weetabix reserves the right to refuse any claim, if in its reasonable view, the Claimant’s conduct has been inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive or is likely to bring the Promotion into disrepute.
All Claimants will get an email via the email address included in their claim within fourteen (14) days of their claim submission. Claimants are encouraged to monitor their email account and ‘junk mail’ inboxes during this time. In the unlikely event that a Discount Code is not included in the claim confirmation email, the claimant must inform the Promoter by emailing consumerservice@weetabix.com. If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Discount Code or limit its value at its sole discretion.
All Claimants that have claimed and received their Discount Code must activate the codes on The Body Coach’s App no later than 12 May 2025 (the Redemption Period).

General

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify bulk claims made by individuals, trade, agents, syndicates, third parties, or organised groups, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion; disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means; and disqualify claimants who tamper with the entry process.
No responsibility can be taken for claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, illegible, invalid or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Weetabix does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the claim web page.
The Discount Codes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Discount Codes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Discount Code for a gift of equivalent or greater value.
By claiming, all Claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge to the use of your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice (see, www.weetabix.co.uk/privacy-policy and https://www.weetabix-thebodycoach.co.uk/privacy-policy) including the sharing by Weetabix of your personal data with Weetabix's third party partners for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. For Claimants from the United Kingdom, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation to the UK GDPR or current Data Protection Act 2018. For Claimants from the Republic of Ireland, your personal details will be at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current EU General Data Protection 2016/679 (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Act 2018 laws. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Weetabix which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Weetabix may in its sole discretion modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Weetabix and which prevents Weetabix from complying with these Terms and Conditions, Weetabix will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Weetabix and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
Weetabix's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Weetabix will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms and Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Weetabix.
Weetabix has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Weetabix will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the Promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
1. For participants in the Republic of Ireland, these terms and conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
2. For participants in the United Kingdom, these terms and conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed English and Welsh law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring an action in their home courts.

This Promotion Privacy Notice (“Notice") is provided by Weetabix Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), whose registered office is Weetabix Mills, Burton Latimer, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 5JR in our capacity as an organiser and promoter of the "CHANCE TO WIN A SMART WATCH EVERY DAY OR 1 OF 2000 FOOTBALLS” promotion (the "Promotion"). It applies to all individuals in the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom (UK) who participate or interact with us in relation to the Promotion.

How we Collect Your Personal Data

We collect and process certain categories of personal information direct from you when you register to, and then, participate in the Promotion and, if you are successful, when you contact us.

These categories of personal information include: your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and the photo(s) you upload of your itemised receipt and promotional pack, together with personal data you provide to us when you contact us by telephone, email or post if you are successful (together the “Promotion Personal Data”).

We also collect personal information you provide to us about where you purchased the promotional pack and what type of cereal your regularly purchase.

How we Use Your Personal Data

Recipients of your Personal Data

We will share your Personal Data with external third party partners (such as Zeal Media Limited our marketing partner, Epic Activation our redemption platform partner, and Cloud 9 our fulfilment partner) that process your Personal Data for this Promotion as part of the services (such as hosting and assisting with running and fulfilment of the Promotion) which they offer to us. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that such third parties process your data in accordance with Data Protection Laws, only use it in accordance with our contract with them and keep it secure. If you are selected as a winner of the Promotion, we (or one of our authorised third party partners) will ask you to provide us with more information. For example, you may be asked about your city, county or region of residence to fulfil the relevant Prize and because we are obliged to make the winner's name and location (city or county) available to people requesting that information in accordance with the Promotion T&Cs and to comply with the requirements under the Code of Standards for Advertising and Marketing Communications in Ireland (the “ASAI Code”) and UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the "CAP Code"). Data Retention

If you are not selected as a relevant Prize winner of the Promotion, we will retain your Personal Data for 6 months following the completion of delivery of the relevant Prize to the winners (or if there are any relevant complaints or issues relating to the Promotion and if later, promptly following the resolution of those complaints or issues). After this period has elapsed, your Personal Data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you are selected as a relevant Prize winner retain your Personal Data for 6 months after the completion of delivery of the relevant Prize to the winners and any related publicity activities (or if there are any relevant complaints or issues relating to the Promotion and if later, promptly following the resolution of those complaints or issues). After this period has elapsed your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Transfers of Personal Data

We do not transfer your Personal Data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer your Personal Data to a UK organisation from the EEA (i.e. the Republic of Ireland), we rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision in respect of the UK (available here).

Security and Storage of Personal Data

We strive to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to protect your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss or alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access and any other unlawful forms of processing. We aim to ensure that the level of security and the measures adopted to protect your Personal Data are appropriate for the risks presented by the nature and use of your Personal Data. We follow recognised industry practices for protecting our IT environment and physical facilities.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

Winners of the relevant Prizes will be selected using automated means, i.e. without human involvement in the decision-making process.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY CODE FROM WEETABIX

The codes can be claimed from Weetabix via the site www.weetabix-thebodycoach.co.uk until the 14th April. Purchase must have been within the main promotional period 27th January 2025- 31st March 2025.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ACTIVATE MY CODE ON THE BODY COACH APP

The code must be activated by the 12th May 2025 on The Body Coach app. Sign up by visiting www.thebodycoach.com.
